Our caregivers provide continuous care under nursing supervision to ensure participants\u2019 safety and protection. Daily group and individual activities are provided to enhance the social, physical and cognitive functioning of the participant. Person-centered activities are designed to be fun, stimulating, educational and entertaining. Our team of social workers meets with each participant upon admission to assess their social and psychological needs. Social workers serve as a liaison with the participant\u2019s family, home and other community agencies. In addition, the social worker provides a home safety evaluation and meets with each participant on a regular basis. Our Social Workers provide a personal touch to each of our participants to keep them connected to the community and make them feel like family.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Our physical, occupational and speech therapists provide rehabilitation care using the latest proven techniques. Our team approach, including therapists, nurses and the participant\u2019s physician, allows for more continuity of care from all perspectives. Keeping our participants healthy, inside and out. Our kitchen staff prepares appetizing, tasty and nutritious meals daily. Mealtimes are also the source of social connections \u2013 a time to converse with other participants.<\/p>

We serve breakfast until 10:00 followed by a hot lunch at 12:00 and a tasty snack at 2:00.<\/p>

Services are provided for the treatment or stabilization of a diagnosed mental disorder by a licensed mental health professional on staff.
